Ellen's Law

This law was created in Ellen’s honor to right the injustices within the PA legal system. It provides all victims of serious crimes with a strong voice and equal footing to keep their offenders incarcerated through the Parole Process.

For the first time, victims can directly state their case to keep offenders away and maintain their physical & emotional wellbeing. Ellen’s Law was passed unanimously, at a record pace, and achieved without any dollars from lobbyists or other organizations.
